Let's be honest, people book this Holiday Inn because the grounds are beautiful, the location of being in the heart of Key Largo is prime, it sits directly on the water in a marina AND it does NOT come with the Ritz or Playa Largo price tag! Also, for the people that are complaining about the lack of room service.we are just seeing the light at the end of this horrible pandemic tunnel and the management is simply protecting their staff (all wearing masks still) and their guests.
